A Building Inspection Report, Structural Survey or Full Survey are different terms for the same comprehensive inspection of all (accessible) parts of a property.
These types of survey are usually conducted on older properties that are not of standard bricks and slate or tile construction and may have different types of construction techniques.
The report will detail any defects, areas requiring repair or maintenance and will cover areas including the roof, interior and exterior walls, plumbing, electrical works and more.
